Absolutely. We have customer service by leaving a message at the bottom of our website pages. We answer within 12 hours during the business week. Weekends might take longer.
WHAT CAN I ORDER?
You may order all items shown in our online catalog with an inventory of 1 or higher. We are not taking back orders. We will make every attempt to maintain an accurate product availability date. Product out of stock arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
We only accept orders via our online marketplace on our website. We do this to maintain our pricing advantage. Also, the security used by our website credit card processor meets all federal guidelines and laws, and it eliminates exposure of your personal information to any individual.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards which will be processed through the Paypal Processing Gateway – Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. We do not see, use, or retain any payment information at WhiteFang Sports.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that will include ship date and tracking information. Please allow up to 24 to 36 hours after your order for your tracking number to be activated.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
UPS and Fed Ex shipments are covered by insurance that guarantees that Whitefangsports will replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If the package is stolen from the address designated for delivery, the product will not be replaced.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please send our return form to Customer Service email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please refer to shipping and return information. If you have a question, please Chat, or email our customer service team who will provide information specific to the product you are returning. Shipping charges are NOT refunded unless the item was shipped to you in error or is defective.
Whitefangsports wants you to be completely satisfied with our products. When a product is defective, we generally require all products returned to Whitefangsports for examination. We will occasionally ask you to send high-quality photographs for examination. If the product is deemed defective, we will immediately ship your replacement or refund your money. Please complete our return form and email it to email@example.com. The product return will be completed using prepaid return label that we will provide. We may, at our discretion, ask that the product is destroyed, which is done by cutting off the handle of the rod and submitting a photograph.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
Most Whitefangsports products are warranted for one (1) year from date of original purchase against defects in workmanship or materials. Some products have a warranty exceeding one (1) year. In these instances, it is noted on the product page. Please refer to the Warranty page for all details.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR IMPORT DUTIES?
There are no U.S. taxes for international customers; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties, and taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information. Colorado, South California, and Illinois residents are subject to the state sales tax.
